| Dog grooming and your dog's welfare Pro Groom take your dog's health and safety very seriously and we take every step to keep your dog happy. • The first stage in the process will be to meet with you and your dog to discuss your requirements. • A dog grooming record will be completed to ensure that David knows your dog and what look you are looking for from the dog grooming. Any health issues or concerns can be discussed fully. • We do not use drying cabinets – we hand dry the dogs which most dogs find more comfortable and less stressful. • Because we limit the number of dogs we care for at any one time, we ensure that your dog receives one to one attention. • We don’t have the need for cages and your dog is returned to you as soon as it is groomed. • We use only natural shampoos which are more gentle and environmentally friendly. |
